The actions of local governments and elected officials are closely scrutinized by the public, and at no time is this truer than during an election. Our clients look to us for steady and proven counsel during these high-pressure times. We advise on the Elections Code and other regulatory compliance issues, and we offer workshops to help public officials effectively adapt to new or changed responsibilities after an election.

We also analyze initiatives and referenda. Jamie and Bianca also have developed an expertise in recall elections, having worked on recalls for a half dozen cities as either general or special counsel, and are able to offer sound advice during these high profile elections.
