Both have extensive experience managing situations related to public malfeasance, conflicts of interest, investigations of official misconduct, and the recovery and recoupment of improper payments and expenditures of taxpayer funds.

Land Use/Real Estate

The firm has significant experience working on large scale development projects. The firm has siginficant experience working on large scale development projects. Jamie represented the City of Inglewood in its $2.0 billion planned redevelopment of Hollywood Park, and worked with both the City and developers to move the project forward. Ms. Sparks currently serves as counsel to the City of La Puente’s Planning Commission and routinely works on matters related to land use and zoning.
